Orders & Shipping

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking information to become available.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.

How long does shipping take?

Available shipping methods and costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you provide tracking?

All Fibraura orders are shipped with tracking information.

You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help with cancellation requests.

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it.

Can I add items to my order after placing it?

If your order has not been processed yet, please contact us immediately.

We will try our best to combine additional items into the same shipment.

Once your order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What is Mizuhiki?

Mizuhiki is a traditional Japanese decorative cord originally made from a paper-based core and used for gift wrapping, celebrations, and artistic knot work.

Today, Mizuhiki has become a creative material used for:

Is Mizuhiki made of paper?

Yes.

Traditional Mizuhiki contains a paper core, which gives the cord its lightweight structure and excellent shaping ability.

Depending on the collection, the surface may include materials such as:

Rayon fibers
Metallic foil
Decorative films

Is Mizuhiki suitable for beginners?

Absolutely.

Mizuhiki is enjoyed by both beginners and experienced makers.

Can I bend Mizuhiki repeatedly?

Mizuhiki cords are flexible, but they are designed for decorative crafting rather than repeated bending.

Avoid excessive pulling, twisting, or sharp repeated folds to preserve the surface finish.

Are colors exactly the same as shown online?

We carefully photograph our products to represent their true appearance.

However, colors may slightly vary depending on:

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within:

14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unused
Unopened
In original packaging
Suitable for resale

Can I return opened Mizuhiki cords?

No.

Because Mizuhiki cords are craft materials, opened packages cannot be returned.

Once packaging has been opened or materials have been handled, we cannot guarantee the product can be resold.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by Fibraura, we will cover the return shipping cost.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Payments, Taxes & Customs

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on Fibraura are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Your payment provider may convert the final amount into your local currency depending on your bank or card settings.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Taxes are calculated according to your location and applicable local regulations.

Any taxes shown at checkout will be collected before payment.

Will my international shipment be charged customs fees or VAT upon arrival?

For orders shipped to:

United States
European Union
United Kingdom

we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

This means import duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes are handled through our shipping service.

You should not normally need to pay additional charges upon delivery.

For other countries:

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

If additional charges are required, they are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I bought something and then it goes on sale?
